WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for bituminous pavement removal and pavement resurfacing on West Beach Grove Road in Antioch Township Road District, and designated as Section 12-01104-05-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 20, 2012, at 10:00 AM at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
