RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Thaddeus Henderson was appointed to seat 1 of the Zoning Board of Appeals on July 12, 2022 per resolution # 22-0958; and
WHEREAS, there was an error in the appointment approved on July 12, 2022, in that it was for a term in excess of the timeframe allowed by the state statute; and
WHEREAS, the error in the July 12, 2022, appointment needs to be corrected and the proper term for Thaddeus Henderson’s appointment to the Zoning Board of Appeals needs to be set.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, the termination date of the July 12, 2022 per resolution # 22-0958 setting the expiration date of Thaddeus Henderson’s Zoning Board of Appeals term to April 25, 2030, is repealed and the appointment of Thaddeus Henderson as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall expire on April 25, 2025, and the same is hereby confirmed.
