RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the Wildwood Water System serves residents of unincorporated Wildwood and surrounding areas, including a population of 14,000 people; and

WHEREAS, the Wildwood Water System requires additional storage capacity to protect system users in the event of increased water demand or emergency circumstances; and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were called for by publication of the Gages Lake Road Elevated Tank Project; and

WHEREAS, CBI Services, LLC. is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in the amount of $6,123,626; and

WHEREAS, $5.5 million was included in the County's Adopted FY23 Budget but the additional amount of $623,626 was not budgeted; and
