* The selected firm has a satisfactory past relationship with the Lake County Division of Transportation.
* This project is included in the Transportation Improvement Program with construction anticipated to begin in 2027 and designated as Section 19-00072-14-WR.

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Hainesville Road, County Highway 24, is a designated route on the county highway system; and

WHEREAS, Lake County believes it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the traveling public if Hainesville Road, from Washington Street to Rollins Road, could be improved, inclusive of roadway, intersection, and non-motorized improvements; and

WHEREAS, Phase III professional construction engineering services are required for these improvements; and

WHEREAS, it is recommended that a consultant engineering firm be employed to provide these services; and

WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has selected a professional engineering services firm in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection ...
