R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Board of Lake County, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids by publication for the construction of a three lane roadway, a bike path and railroad improvements as part of the Midlothian Road Extension (Fairground Entrance to Moorehead Circle) and designated as Section 09-00244-03-FP; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on October 26, at 10:00 a.m., at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
