Staff Summary

•                     It is necessary to enter into Summer Youth Employment Worksite Agreement with various organizations to provide summer youth employment work positions for the Lake County 2009 Summer Youth Employment Program.

•                     The Worksite Agreement outlines the responsibilities of the summer worksites and the County of Lake.

•                     In order to execute these agreements, it is necessary to authorize the County Board Chairman or their designee to sign the agreements.

Body

WHEREAS it is necessary to enter into a Worksite Agreement with various organizations to provide summer youth employment work positions for the Lake County 2009 Summer Youth Employment Program; and

WHEREAS in order to execute these agreements it is necessary for the Chairman of the County Board or their designee to sign these agreements; and

WHEREAS these agreements outline the responsibilities of the summer worksite and the County of Lake.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Chairman of the County Board or their designee is hereby authorized to execute the 2009 Summer Youth Employment Worksite Agreement with various organizations.
