* The JOC contract was identified as the contract vehicle for the Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA) between the Naval Station Great Lakes and Lake County for demolition and installation support services that was approved in August 2025.
* To accommodate the capacity needed for the IGSA, a contract modification increasing the value of each JOC contract in the amount of $4,000,000 per contractor per renewal year is needed.

* This committee action authorizes and directs the Purchasing Agent to execute a contract change order with McDonagh Demolition, AGAE Contractors, Inc., and Leopardo Companies, increasing the value of the contract to $6,000,000, per contractor.
