Body
WHEREAS, the Lake County Tuberculosis Clinic has been awarded a grant increase; and
WHEREAS, these dollars will provide a legitimate increase in services to Lake County with no impact on local taxes; and
WHEREAS, these grant and additional funds totaling $18,175 have not been previously appropriated, having been awarded after adoption of the Fiscal Year 2008 budget; and
WHEREAS, the proposed appropriation will be fully offset by the above referenced items thereby not requiring the expenditure of local tax revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by this Lake County Board, that an emergency appropriation in the amount of $18,175 in account number 220-4028010-45255 with offsetting revenue deposited into account number 220-4028010-51110 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the revenue budgets as identified on the attached listing be modified as provided by increased funding from the following:
IL. Department of Public Health, Direct Observational Therapy Grant increase for $18,175.
