RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, James Bubash resigned from the Grubb School Drainage District effective August 17, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the resignation of James Bubash creates a vacancy on the Grubb School Drainage District; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Robert Holbach as a member of the Grubb School Drainage District to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, beginning immediately and ending on September 7, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Robert Holbach as a member of the Grubb School Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on September 7, 2027, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
