Body

The Lake County Health Department operates medical and dental services at the Belvidere Center. The DDC automated system on the second-floor needs replacement. The project was started but not completed in FY 2025. Completing this project will allow for temperature regulation for the HVAC system. The project includes the purchase and installation of the DDC automated system and associated costs necessary to place the equipment into service. The total cost is not to exceed $560,462 and will be funded from available resources in the Health Department Medicaid Match Fund 211. The expenditure is a one-time capital investment and will not require additional property tax funding.
