WHEREAS, there is a need to correct the term expiration date of November 30, 2008 for the reappointment of Elizabeth Lassar to the Affordable Housing Commission that was made at the September 9, 2008 Board meeting to expire on November 30, 2010., and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Elizabeth Lassar, as a Member of the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission for a term ending November 30, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Elizabeth Lassar as a Member of the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission be, and the same is hereby confirmed, for a term ending November 30, 2010, or until her successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified.
