RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the terms of Lucille DeVaux and Sylvia Johnson Jones as members of the Lake County Board of Health expired on June 30, 2026; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointments of Benjamin Feinzimer, and Mary Faith Terkildsen as members of the Lake County Board of Health for terms beginning immediately and ending June 30, 2029; and
WHEREAS, Rachel McDowell submitted her resignation from the Board of Health effective July 8, 2026; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Mary Roberson as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Benjamin Feinzimer and Mary Faith Terkildsen as members of the Lake County Board of Health for terms beginning immediately and ending June 30, 2029, be, and the same are hereby confirmed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appointment of Mary Roberson as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term beginning immediately and ending June 30, 2028, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
