R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the ultra-thin concrete white-topping of portions of Deerfield Parkway and Buffalo Grove Road and designated as Section 10-00999-11-RS; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on April 17, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
