RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the intersection improvement of Quentin Road at Highland Drive, and designated as Section 25-00090-17-TL; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on May 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is Home Towne Electric, Inc., Antioch, Illinois, in the amount of $247,926.20, based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation of funds is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that a contract be awarded to said Home Towne Electric, Inc., Antioch, Illinois, in accordance with their bid of $247,926.20, based on estimated quantities and unit prices, and that the Purchasing Agent, the County Clerk, and ...
