WHEREAS, the term of Gerald Miller as a member of the Grubb School Drainage District has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Gerald Miller as a member/trustee of the Gerald Miller for a term ending September 13, 2011

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Gerald Miller is hereby reappointed to serve on the Grubb School Drainage District.
