Staff Summary
· In 2012, the Planning, Building and Zoning Committee directed staff to research opportunities to delegate certain routine Committee decisions to staff, and present such analysis to the Committee for further discussion and direction.
· Staff has assessed the Committee's historical decision-making trends to identify the most routine for streamlining opportunities.
· Staff will present recommended UDO streamlining options for discussion and Committee direction. These options include mainly subdivision-related amendments. Upon Committee direction, staff will draft UDO amendments for later action.
