RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lake County Community Development has received $9,648.58 from Lake County Housing Authority for the completion of Environmental Review Records (ERRs); and
WHEREAS, Lake County Community Development has received $1,119.56 from Jewish Community Centers of Chicago for the completion of an ERR; and
WHEREAS, these dollars will be used to reimburse personnel costs; and
WHEREAS, this amount totaling $10,768.14 has not been previously appropriated, having been received in Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 after the adoption of the FY 2025 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that an emergency appropriation in the amount of $10,768.14 is hereby authorized in the Community Development budget as identified on the listing of expense and revenue budget modifications attached hereto and made part hereof.
