• Dell VxRail supports our virtual server environment which hosts over 400 servers throughout the County.
• This contract authorizes a one-year agreement for $216,035 with options of extending up to three, one-year periods, for an initial term cost of $216,035. Subsequent annual renewals are estimated to increase no more than 10 percent with each one-year renewal for a total not to exceed cost in the final term of $287,543.
• In accordance with Section 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a cooperative purchasing contract with CDW-G has been identified through Omnia Partners (23-6692-02) to procure needed goods, services, construction, or professional services that have been competitively solicited and awarded.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Dell VxRail supports our virtual server environment which hosts over 400 servers throughout the County; and
WHEREAS, this contract authorizes a one-year agreement for $216,035 with options of extending up to three, one-year periods, for an initial term cost of $216,035. Subsequent annual renewals are estimated to increase no more than 10 percent with each one-year renewal for a total not to exceed cost in the final term of $287,543; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a cooperative purchasing contract with CDW-G has been identified through Omnia Partners (23-6692-02) to procure needed goods, services, construction, or professional services that have been competitively solicited and awarded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLOVED, by this Lake County Board, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract renewal with CDW-G for Dell VxRail hardware and software support for $216,035.
