WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Craig Taylor as an Alternate Member of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for a term ending April 30, 2011.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Craig Taylor for a term ending April 30, 2011 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
