Staff Summary

•                     After last year’s application process, staff was directed to develop revised scoring criteria for the CDBG-Public Services and Emergency Shelter Grant applications.

•                     The proposed revisions are intended to be more driven by objective formulas to ensure equitable review.

•                     Staff seeks Commission approval of the scoring criteria.
