RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Arlington Heights Road, County Highway 79, is a designated route on the County highway system; and

WHEREAS, to ensure the free flow of traffic and the safety and welfare of the traveling public, Lake County believes it would be beneficial to make improvements to Arlington Heights Road, from Lake Cook Road to Illinois Route 83, inclusive of non-motorized improvements; and

WHEREAS, Phase III construction engineering services are required for these improvements; and

WHEREAS, it is advisable that a consultant engineering firm be employed to provide these Phase III construction engineering services; and
