RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT), with Lake County Purchasing acting as the administrative agent, issued a Request for Proposal for an integrated capital program management system to develop and manage LCDOT's capital program, track individual project schedules and funding, and include a public facing webpage; and

WHEREAS, the awarded contract with EcoInteractive, LLC, San Francisco, California, to provide this capital program management system, ProjectTracker, began on December 17, 2021, for a period of one year, and allows for annual extensions up to five years; and

WHEREAS, this will be the fourth one-year extension and will cover the period of December 17, 2025, through December 16, 2026; and

WHEREAS, an appropriation of funds is required.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $145,000 of 1/4% Sales Tax for Transportation funds for the extension of the capital program management system, ProjectTracker, and designated as Section 22-00000-21-AM.
