Staff Summary
· Lake County desires to enter into contracts for Temporary Nursing Services for Winchester House and the Lake County Health Department.
· Proposals were called for by publication for Various Temporary Nursing Services and request for proposals were sent to twenty-four (24) firms.
· Winchester House and the Lake County Health Department evaluated proposals separately in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in the request for proposal.
· Winchester House determined that the proposals submitted by Delta T Group, Nursing Resource and Medical Staffing Network are the most favorable proposals for Lake County.
· These contracts for Winchester House will cost the County an estimated annual amount of $300,000.
· The Health Department determined that the proposals submitted by Novastaff Healthcare Services, Inc., Oak Brook, IL, Assured Healthcare, Gurnee, IL, Maxim Staffing Solutions, DesPlaines, IL and Medical Staffing Network, Warrenville, IL are the most favorable proposals for the Health Department temporary nursing requirements.
· These contracts for the Health Department will cost the County an estimated annual amount of $50,000.
· Awards to multiple vendors are required to meet the needs of both departments.
