WHEREAS, the term of Kenneth Kessler as a member of the Lake County Sheriff's Office Merit Commission is due to expire on December 14, 2014; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Kenneth Kessler as a member of the Lake County Sheriff's Office Merit Commission for a term ending December 14, 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Kenneth Kessler as a member of the Lake County Sheriff's Office Merit Commission for a term ending December 14, 2020 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
