New Client Wait List
As of November 12, 2025, there are 3,958 individuals on our general medicine new client waitlist, 3,583 adults and 375 pediatrics. These individuals are looking to establish care in our following health centers:
• Belvidere Medical Building: 55%
• Midlakes: 22%
• Zion: 18%
• North Chicago: 5%
The total new client wait list has increased by 347 individuals. There were 330 adults and 17 children added to the wait list since the November 18, 2025, report to Governing Council. There are currently 41 new patient appointment slots/week.

• General Medicine/Women’s Health APRN/MD/DO: 11.5
• Dentist: 1
• FQHC Psychiatrist/APRN: 1.75
• Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Psychiatrist/APRN: 1.5

• Dental Assistant: 2
• Practice Manager: 1
• Office Manager: 1
