Resolution clarifying the terms of appointment of members to the Lake County Public Building Commission.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Illinois Public Building Commission Act sets forth the term appointments for the Lake County Public Building Commission (“Commission”) (50 ILCS 20/5); and
WHEREAS, there is a need to clarify the terms of those individuals appointed to the Commission, and all subsequent appointments shall be made for terms of five years, and be staggered, running from October 1 through September 30;
WHEREAS, members appointed to fill vacancies shall only fulfill the remainder of the term of said vacant seat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the seats and terms of the Commission shall be as follows:
Appointment of Mary Ross Cunningham’s term shall expire on September 30, 2023;
Appointment of Sandra Hart’s term shall expire on September 30, 2024;
Appointment of Angelo Kyle’s term shall expire on September 30, 2025;
Appointment of Gina Roberts’ term shall expire on September 30, 2026; and
Appointment of Diane Hewitt’s term shall expire on September 30, 2027.
