R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Fremont Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) surface removal, patching and the addition of HMA leveling binder and surface courses in the Highlands Subdivision in the Fremont Township Road District, and designated as Section 17-07140-01-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 21, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
