R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, by prior resolution at its meeting of November 14, 2006, adopted a resolution in support of the Lake County Coordinated Transportation Services Committee (LCCTSC) goal to develop a borderless paratransit system service in Lake County to meet the needs of seniors and persons with disabilities or medical needs; and

WHEREAS, this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, now desires to develop a comprehensive Paratransit Transportation Plan to meet the needs of seniors and persons with disabilities or medical needs; and


WHEREAS, it is advisable that a consultant firm be employed to provide professional services to undertake the development of said Paratransit Transportation Plan; and

WHEREAS, Lake County by and through its purchasing agent and in conjunction with the Division of Transportation has selected a professional services firm in accordance with the Lake County Purchasi...
