WHEREAS, due to the retirement of Pat Carey, there now exists a vacancy for director of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County.

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Steve Mandel as director of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County for the remaining term ending April 30, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Steve Mandel as director of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County for the term ending April 30, 2016 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
