RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the Petite Lake Road Pump Station serves residents and businesses in the Village of Lake Villa, in unincorporated Lake County, as well as parts of the Townships of Antioch; and

WHEREAS, the Petite Lake Road Pump Station requires an electrical upgrade to improve the performance and efficiency of the pumps; and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were called for by publication of the Petite Lake Road Pump Station Electrical Upgrade Project; and

WHEREAS, William T. Connelly, Inc., dba Connelly Electric Co. is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in the amount of $111,000 for the Bid.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with William T. Co...
