Staff Summary

·      The parcel, owned by Linda Conde, is located at 9687 W. 16^th Street in Zion, Illinois (District 4).

·      In 2001, 2004, 2007 and 2010, Ms. Conde engaged in filling and grading activity without obtaining proper permits.

·      Most recently, Ms. Conde placed concrete rip rap in the ravine within an ADID wetland without securing permits; the property was cited with a violation on September 22, 2010.
