•                     On April 2, 2024, the Health and Community Services (HCS) Committee approved an agreement with United Way Lake County for 211 information and referral services in the amount of $125,000 of Video Gaming Revenue (VGR) funds.

•                     The HCS Committee requested additional information on the 211 System with a focus on performance metrics.
