The LCHD/CHC EOC Plan was developed to manage risks in the environment related to safety and security for people, equipment, and other material. It provides a framework for providing a safe and healthy environment for staff, patients, clients, and visitors at LCHD/CHC by mitigating risk and preventing injury. Information in this Plan includes details regarding the process for managing each of the six core functional areas as required by the Joint Commission.
The 2025 Annual Report includes an evaluation of the 2025 EOC goals and the projected goals for 2026; as well as an analysis of the LCHD/CHC Workplace Violence Prevention Program.
