RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the term of Jessica Albert as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District expired on September 4, 2023; and
WHEREAS, members continue to serve until they are reappointed, or a successor is appointed; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Jessica Albert as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Jessica Albert as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
