RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the term of Kenneth Lynch as a trustee of the Beach Park Fire Protection District expired on April 27, 2025; and
WHEREAS, trustees continue to serve until they are reappointed, or a successor is appointed; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Kenneth Lynch as a trustee of the Beach Park Fire Protection District for a term beginning immediately and ending on April 30, 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Kenneth Lynch as a member of Beach Park Fire Protection District for a term beginning immediately and ending on April 30, 2028, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
