Body

      WHEREAS, Request for proposals were called for by publication for lease of county property for farming; and

      WHEREAS, subsequent to said publication, Request for Proposals were extended to thirty-two (32) vendors and one (1) a sealed proposal was received from Baltech Inc., Spring Grove, IL, that was opened in the County Building, Waukegan, Illinois on Tuesday March 22, 2011.

      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Chairman of the Board is hereby directed to enter into a lease with Baltech, Inc., Spring Grove, IL in the amount of $12,645 at a rate of $281 per acre for a one (1) year period for the Lease of County Property for Farming; and request its adoption.
