WHEREAS, Request for Proposals were called for by publication for Lease of County Property for Farming for Lake County; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said publication, Request for Proposals were extended to twenty-two (22) vendors and one (1) sealed proposal was received from Steve Ptasienski, Spring Grove, IL, that was opened in the County Building, Waukegan, Illinois on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Chairman of the Board is hereby directed to enter into a lease with Steve Ptasienski, Spring Grove, IL, in the amount of $9,045 at a rate of $201 per acre for a one (1) year period for the Lease of County Property for Farming; and request its adoption.
