Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center received Victims of Crime Act grant funding through the Lake County Children’s Advocacy Center, for the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Services program in the amount of $89,600. The period of performance is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. $35,700 will be appropriated in FY25 and $4,566 will be appropriated in FY26 with the difference being accounted for in the FY26 budget. The purpose of this funding is to work with kids. This will continue to fund a Senior Therapist and offset an existing staff salary and fringe benefits.
Suggested Motion
To approve the Lake County, Child and Adolescent Behavioral Services, Lake County Children’s Advocacy Center grant funding of $89,600 and emergency appropriate $35,700 for FY25 and $4,566 for FY26.
