 WHEREAS, American Enterprise Bank has expressed an interest in becoming a depository for County funds; and submitted a copy of its financial statement for the quarter ending December 31, 2011.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the list of depositories approved by the Lake County Board is hereby amended to include American Enterprise Bank.
