R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Ela Road, County Highway 60 is a designated route on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if two failing retaining walls on Ela Road, 1000 feet south of Cuba Road, were replaced; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of costs for this improvement have been completed and this improvement is now ready to proceed to a contract letting; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $160,000 of Matching Tax funds for the replacement of two failing concrete block retaining walls on Ela Road, 1000 feet south of Cuba Road, and designated as Section 11-00000-03-GM.
