RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Lake County Clerk's Office has a need for a software solution to that encompasses the tabulation process, ballot creation, and accessible voting options for Lake County elections; and
WHEREAS, the Lake County Clerk's Office has utilized Election Systems & Software since 2001; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 33.066 Bid Exemption of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, the Purchasing Agent engaged an ad hoc committee that approved the bid exemption on the basis of an existing long standing successful relationship, and the knowledge gained through this relationship adds value integral to the services provided.
