      WHEREAS, the term of Roy W. Anderson as a Member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District has expired; and

      WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Roy W. Anderson as a Member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term ending September 4, 2012.

      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Roy W. Anderson as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term ending September 4, 2012 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
