RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lake County has approved the FY 2015 Capital Reallocations of $12,494,814 for the FY 2017 Capital Improvement Program budget which will be approved in November 2016 as part of the FY 2017 recommended budget; and
WHEREAS, the funds have not been appropriated into the Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, Lake County has approved capital improvements in the Public Works Fund of $19,432,960 as discussed during the FY 2017 recommended budget process, which will be approved in November 2016; and
WHEREAS, the funds have not been appropriated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois that emergency appropriations as specified in the attached are hereby authorized as modifications to the FY 2017 budget.
