WHEREAS, a hearing was held on February 5, 2025, for the issuance of a Lake County Massage Therapy Business license to Hongchun Liu.
WHEREAS, Lake County Board Chair Hart, acting in her capacity as license officer in making her findings, recommends to the Lake County Board that the license application be denied based on evidence of multiple violations per Section 114.43 of the Lake County Ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake County Board examine and consider the evidence of multiple violations; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lake County Board vote to adopt the recommendation of the license officer to deny the application for Asian Queen Spa.
