RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Roy Anderson as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District expired on September 3, 2024; and

WHEREAS, members continue to serve until they are reappointed, or a successor is appointed; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Michael Warner as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on September 7, 2027.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Michael Warner as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on September 7, 2027, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
