WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Policy Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointments of Bonnie Thomson Carter as a member and Diana O’Kelly as alternate member of the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Policy Advisory Committee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Bonnie Thomson Carter as a member and Diana O’Kelly as alternate member of the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Policy Advisory Committee be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
