Staff Summary

·      The subdivision is located on the north side of Quassey Avenue approximately one-half mile west of Jenkinsson Avenue in Sheilds Township (District 13).

·      The applicant requests an extension of the performance period beyond the maximum permit three-year period to complete as-built plans.

·      A recent inspection of the subdivision determined that the performance assurances cannot be released at this time.

·      Staff recommends approval of the variance with an extension of the performance period until June 15, 2012.
