RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the term of William Hogan as a trustee of the Wauconda Fire Protection District expired on April 27, 2025; and
WHEREAS, trustees continue to serve until they are reappointed, or a successor is appointed; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Phil Hinz as a trustee of the Wauconda Fire Protection District for a term beginning immediately and ending on April 30, 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Phil Hinz as a trustee of the Wauconda Fire Protection District for a term beginning immediately and ending on April 30, 2028, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
