WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County (SWALCO); and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Aaron Lawlor as an Alternate Member of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County for a term ending April 30, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Aaron Lawlor as Alternate Member of Solid Waste Agency of Lake County for a term ending April 30, 2010 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
