R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, in order to preserve the condition of bituminous pavement markings on various county highway system, the Division of Transportation annually undertakes the removal, replacement or refurbishment of thermoplastic markings on the bituminous pavements of various county highways; and
WHEREAS, a survey of the conditions of the above-said thermoplastic pavement markings on bituminous pavements on the county highway system has been completed; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $900,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the 2010 Group 1 removal, replacement or refurbishment of thermoplastic pavement markings on the bituminous pavements of various county highways and designated as Section 10-00000-07-GM.
